A 14-year-old Seaford boy has a lot of explaining to do after he was intercepted by police in Seaford this morning.
Officers were patrolling Seaford Road about 4.10am when they were blinded by a 2010 Ford station wagon which was driving with its high-beams on.
The crew intercepted the car and spoke to the 14-year-old who was driving and his 15-year-old male passenger.
The driver was interviewed by police for unlicensed driving and other offences and is expected to be charged on summons.
The boys were returned to a nearby address where they were given a stern talking to.
