Mornington Divisional Response Unit officers arrested two people and seized a large amount of cash and drugs after executing a warrant in Frankston yesterday. A warrant was executed at a Frankston-Flinders Road property as part of an investigation. A 35-year-old man and 41-year-old woman were arrested at the scene with members seizing a quantity of drugs, more than $9000 cash and tools. The Frankston man has been charged with traffick drug of dependence, possess methylamphetamine, possess proceeds of crime and bail offences. Frankston Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are investigating a series of sexual acts in Seaford last month. Investigators have been told a man showed pornography to a woman parked in the Keast Park car park on the Nepean Highway at 1.33pm on Tuesday, 28 June. The woman reversed her car to leave and the man exposed himself and ran alongside her vehicle as she drove away. A driver is expected to be charged with drink-driving offences after he drove down the wrong side of the Frankston Freeway at over five times the limit, early this morning. Frankston police saw the man on the freeway and located an esky on the passenger seat around 1.30am. The driver, a 50-year-old Box Hill man, returned an evidentiary breath test of 0.255. His car was immediately impounded, his licence suspended for 12 months, and he is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic related offences. TWO Monterey Secondary College educators have won big awards for their hard work. Monterey Secondary College principal Peter Langham and teacher Jessica Cridland were winners at the recent 2022 Commonwealth Bank Teaching Awards. Langham was appointed acting principal in 2019 amid a time of unrest at the school. He was the third principal appointed for the year. Since then the school has recorded its best VCE results in a decade and improved the completion of senior certificates from 65 per cent to 100 per cent.
