FEDERAL funding for the redevelopment of Frankston Basketball Stadium has been secured, with both Labor and Liberal candidates for Dunkley committing to the project. AN upgrade of Pines Forest Aquatic Centre would mean more access to swimming lessons and reduce the risk of kids drowning, the Frankston mayor says.
