SOCCER BAXTER looms as a strong candidate for promotion among local State League clubs heading into this weekend’s first round of the 2023 league season. While there’s been noise around the promotion chances of Mornington, Peninsula Strikers and Seaford United much of the off-season attention has focussed on the extensive makeover that has taken place at Baxter Park.
