WOULD-BE thieves forced a side door at Langwarrin Plaza shopping centre and tried to cut open an ATM from the rear, early Tuesday morning, 30 May.

Detective Senior Constable Deanne Williams, of Frankston CIU, said the raid was unsuccessful and the ATM withstood the robbery attempt.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or provide a confidential report online at crimestoppersvic.com.au.
