A 42-YEAR-OLD man has had his car impounded for 30 days after he was pulled over by police for drink driving in Karingal on Thursday night. Police intercepted the man’s Ford Falcon in Mimosa Court at 11.30pm. He was breath tested and allegedly returned a reading of 0.203 per cent. He was also allegedly driving without a licence.
The man is expected to be charged by summons to appear at Frankston Magistrates’ Court.
In another incident, a 25-year-old woman allegedly returned a reading of 0.095 per cent after being pulled over and breath tested on Playne St, Frankston, 3.30am, Friday morning. She was issued with an infringement notice and disqualified from driving for six months.
