Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Chamonix Brown.

The 14-year-old was last seen in Beaconsfield about 5.30pm yesterday.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.

It is believed she may be travelling to the Frankston area.

Police have released an image of Chamonix in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.

Anyone with information about Chamonix is urged to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
