A LEARNER driver was caught on the road without an accompanying driver last week.
The 18-year-old man was pulled over by Moorabbin Highway Patrol on the Dingley Bypass in Heatherton after being caught driving 15 kmph over the speed limit.
The Clyde North resident received three infringement notices totalling $1321 and accrued seven demerit points.
