AN underground lights spectacular is up and running at the Frankston Arts Centre car park.

Plexus by Mandylights welcomed guests for the first time last Friday. Further sessions will run between 11 May and 14 May.

The exhibition is a sensory lights and audio experience. It is for people of all ages.
