CONSTRUCTION has finished on a new $6 million childcare facility in Langwarrin.

The centre at 60 Aqueduct Road will have the capacity for 76 children. The single level centre is 2320 square metres with a 916 square metre outdoor play area.

The building was funded by Banner Asset Management and built by Bensons Property Group. Banner Asset Management chief lending officer Nick Lakin said “we recognise the importance of backing projects that provide benefit to the community, particularly given the need for quality childcare facilities.”
