FRANKSTON Council officers are drafting their draft budget for the next financial year.

Consultation has begun to shape the budget. Council is asking residents whether it should be spending more or less in the areas of community health, sports and recreation, community safety, community development, and arts and culture.

Submissions close on 14 March.
