Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Frankston man Justin.

The 36-year-old man left an address in Shaftesbury Street in Frankston about 7.30pm on 23 July.

His family and police have concerns for his welfare due to his disappearance being completely out of character.

Justin is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 183cm tall, with dark brown dreadlocks and black facial hair.

He was last seen wearing an orange fluro-coloured jacket and navy cargo pants.

It is believed Justin is travelling in a silver Suzuki Swift with the registration ZJL332.

Officers have released an image of Justin in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 03 9784 5555.
