A FRANKSTON tobacco store is among the latest to be engulfed in a suspicious fire. Emergency services were called out to the Young Street tobacco store at around 4.40am on 22 October. They found the shop ablaze, and worked to extinguish it.
In a statement, Victoria Police confirmed that it is investigating the incident. “It is believed a vehicle was driven into a store before the business was set alight. No one was inside at the time,” Victoria Police said. “The investigation remains ongoing.”
