Members from Somerville Highway Patrol were left shaking their heads after they pulled over a driver on Klauer St, Seaford on Tuesday 10th February. They gave the driver a preliminary breath test which showed the presence of alcohol. A secondary test returned a breath alcohol concentration of .171% at 10.30am! On top of that, the driver was currently unlicensed.
A 52-year-old Seaford man has had his vehicle impounded for 30 days and is expected to appear before the Frankston Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
