Ballarto Rd Closure.
A proposed Road closure at the end of Ballarto Rd at the Westernport Hwy has caused some friction between locals and politicians. Traffic will have to use McCormicks Rd in Skye-Carrum Downs and use Hall Rd or Thompson Rd to get to the Westernport Hwy. Large trucks will have to go through built up areas and the traffic at Hall Rd and Thompson Rd are already diabolicle let alone adding to the congestion that already happens in this area.
