JAMES Peart is wanted by police.
The 33-year-old man is wanted for obtaining property by deception and breaching a court order. A warrant has been issued.
Mr Peart frequents the Bonbeach, Chelsea and Malvern East areas.
Police say that Mr Peart is “perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and described as 175cm tall, with short light brown hair, a light brown beard and distinct tattoos on his neck.”
