Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Anthony Mao.
The 34-year-old Frankston man is wanted in relation to several offences, Unlawful Assault, Stalking and Use Carriage Service to Offence.
Mao is known to frequent the Frankston, Ferntree Gully, Dandenong, Springvale, Cranbourne, Noble Park, Keysborough areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mao in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as Asian in appearance, black hair and medium build.
