AUSTRALIA indie band Teenage Dads are set to headline next year’s Mordi Fest event.
Teenage Dads formed on the Mornington Peninsula, playing their first shows in 2016. Their second album, titled Majordomo, was released last year and climbed to second on the ARIA charts.
Joe Camilleri and The Black Sorrows were also announced for Mordi Fest last week. The blues band is a mainstay of the Australian music scene, forming more than 40 years ago, and is embarking on a worldwide tour alongside a double-album release.
Mordi Fest 2026 will be held at Peter Scullin Reserve in Mordialloc. The event runs from 11am to 10 pm on Saturday February 28, and 11am to 7pm on Sunday 1 March.
More bands will be announced soon. For more information on the event visit kingston.vic.gov.au/community/events/upcoming-events/mordi-fest
