Police are investigating after counterfeit currency was used to purchase goods from a Frankston business last year.
Investigators have been told an unknown woman attended the Nepean Highway second-hand store about 1.20pm on 25 November and purchased compound bow.
She paid cash for the bow, handing over six $100 notes.
On inspection, the notes were later deemed to be counterfeit.
Police have released an image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
