Police have interviewed a 29-year-old woman following a crash in Frankston yesterday afternoon (Sunday 10 July).
Investigators have been told the woman was driving her car in Ashleigh Avenue around 1pm.
The woman lost control of the car and crashed into a power pole.
She was trapped in the vehicle for a short time before being released by emergency services.
The 29-year-old underwent a preliminary breath test and was required to undergo an evidentiary test where she returned an alleged reading of 0.264%
The Frankston woman is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving, failing to display “P’ plates and careless driving.
