AN investigation into a car allegedly stolen near Carrum Railway Station has led to the discovery of guns and weapon parts, police say. The car was allegedly stolen from Carrum on 17 July. The next day, around 12.15am, police spotted the Subaru Impreza in the carpark of a fast-food restaurant at the corner of Wellington Road and Dandenong Road in Clayton.After police moved in, the car allegedly fled. FOR all 21 kilometers of a half-marathon last weekend, Glen Dymond had his brother on his mind. Dymond’s twin brother Trevor suffered a stroke in 2009. Thankfully his wife identified the symptoms early and called for medical attention, which may have saved her husband’s life.Glen Dymond said “Trevor was lucky, his wife saw the drooping face, the slurred speech, and she acted fast.
