Police were called to reports of a gathering and hooning on Frankston Gardens Drive just after 2pm on 28 September. Moorabbin Highway Patrol officers intercepted the driver on Nepean Highway about 12.50am on 29 September. FRANKSTON City Council has agreed to work with the Frankston City Motorcycle Club to explore options to reopen Frankston City Motorcycle Park.The decision, made unanimously at the Council’s 12 August meeting, follows the release earlier this year of a Coroner’s report into a fatality at the site in 2017.
