THE victim of a fatal car crash in Frankston North earlier this month has now been identified. The man crashed his car on McClelland Drive in the early hours of 3 November. He died at the scene, and police were not able to identify him for a week.After a public appeal for information, Victoria Police confirmed that the deceased person was a 21-year-old Clarinda man. “Police will now prepare a report for the coroner. Bayside Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are investigating a sexual assault in Mordialloc earlier this year. Police have been told a 41-year-old woman attended a licenced venue on Main Street about 11pm on Saturday, 29 June. While she was inside the venue, an unknown man approached the woman and sexually assaulted her. Detectives believe the woman confronted the unknown man, before he fled the scene. CFA MEMBERS have spoken at the Langwarrin Disability Expo to highlight the risks that people living with disabilities face during fire emergencies.More than 60 percent of people who died in house fires between 2003 and 2017 had a disability, the CFA estimates.
