Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged two men following four separate incidents in Seaford and Crib Point this week. It is alleged two men attended a supermarket on Seaford Road in Seaford and reversed a vehicle through the front door before entering the store and leaving empty handed on 5 May about 1.30am. TWO Kingston Council decisions deemed invalid by lawyers have been reassessed and approved by councillors. After Kingston councillor Jane Agirtan was stood down last month, council received legal advice that two decisions made while she was sitting on council were invalid. The two invalidated votes were the approval of a conditional permit for an electronic billboard at Westfield Southland, and a decision to refer grants awarded by the previous council in June 2024 to the Local Government Inspectorate. SESSIONAL kindergarten will be discontinued at the Carrum Family and Children’s Centre. Kingston Council will no longer offer the service at the Carrum centre from 2026.
