A FRANKSTON North man has been charged for allegedly stabbing a teenager in Dandenong. Police allege that the man stabbed a teenager who was trying to break up a fight between his friend and the alleged offender. The Dandenong teenager was taken to hospital, and survived the attack. The alleged stabbing took place at a Clow Street bus stop on 28 October. DAVID Scott School in Frankston has received a $1.3 million grant to build a new two-storey learning centre. The money will be used to knock down an existing building, construct the new one, and improve outdoor areas and amenities.
