CONCEPT designs for the Mordialloc Bypass have been released and Kingston residents are being asked by the state government for their say. A nine-kilometre link between the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and the Dingley Bypass will be built at a cost of $300 million. Input from the community will shape the final design, with locals encouraged to view and comment on the plans through an interactive map on the VicRoads site online.
