CARRUM surf lifesavers are pleading with beachgoers to follow water safety advice following a busy weekend that included mass rescues, blue-ringed octopus sightings and a missing child. On Saturday (7 January) lifesavers were called into action when a blue-ringed octopus was found at Carrum beach in the afternoon. Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself whilst travelling on an outbound Frankston line train on Wednesday, 19 October 2016. The man boarded the train from Flinders Street Railway Station at around 8.40pm. Whilst on board, the man exposed himself in full view of other commuters. He then got off the train in Frankston.
