PUPILS with special needs at Chelsea Heights Primary School will be among the first to benefit from a state government Inclusive Schools Fund program. Labor Education Minister James Merlino and Mordialloc MP Tim Richardson visited the school on Monday to confirm Chelsea Heights Primary will receive a $200,000 grant to transform its school hall into an interactive sensory space and multipurpose area suitable for physiotherapy. Police are currently at the scene of a fatal collision in Seaford where a motorcyclist has died. Investigators have been told a car and motorcyclist collided on Seaford Road near the southbound Frankston Freeway on-ramp just after 9.30am. The male rider died at the scene. West bound traffic on Seaford Road is closed to traffic and is being diverted at Hartnett Drive.
