Kingston Council is locked in a bitter stalemate with Rossdale Golf Club over its plans to redevelop its Aspendale course after council declared it would use its powers to enter the golf course for survey work. AMBULANCE response times in the Frankston local government area took an average of 30 seconds longer to get to an emergency in the Sep 24 – Dec 24 quarter, compared to the previous quarter, with an average response time of 14 minutes and five seconds.
