A PROPOSED 24-hour off leash dog area at Edithvale Foreshore Reserve is set to face scrutiny at the next Kingston council meeting on 22 October. A consultation session was held on 16 October to engage with residents about their thoughts on the proposal. DISTRICT ROSEBUD have bounced back from a difficult start to get the better of Seaford at Olympic Park on Saturday. Seaford won the toss and sent their opponents in to bat, which looked to be a masterstroke early.
