A LONG-term infrastructure plan for Frankston shows that council is planning to advocate for fewer new major projects in the future, instead focusing on upgrading its existing assets. Frankston Council’s latest Long Term Infrastructure Plan has been released, and will be voted on by councillors at a meeting shortly after publication deadline. The plan highlights the major projects council will focus on delivering in the years to come: including the Nepean Boulevard upgrade, and the Bruce Park and Len Phelps pavilion projects.
