THE Rossdale Golf Club has consulted with its members about the potential redevelopment of its Aspendale golf course. The proposal would see the golf course rezoned for a different use. FRANKSTON Council is not planning to move its meetings behind closed doors, the mayor Nathan Conroy says. Councils across Victoria have been facing increased abuse from members of the public at meetings in the last year. FRANKSTON Council’s budget for the next financial year has been approved. The final budget is mostly unchanged from its draft form. It enforces an average rate rise of 0.57 per cent on residential properties, 14.8 per cent for commercial properties, and 33.05 per cent for industrial properties.
