Investigators are continuing to search for the mother of the infant and hold serious concerns for her health and welfare. Any night on Point Nepean Road, users of this road become subjected to the blinding glare of what are known as “dazzle hogs.” In many countries, headlight laws exist, which not only protect motorists, but the public generally.
