Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 30-year-old Samantha Walters. The Frankston woman was last in contact with a family member on Monday 18 June. Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition. Investigators believe she may be travelling in a blue Mitsubishi sedan with registration 1FG9JJ. FIVE people died across Victoria as a result of road trauma over The Queen’s Birthday long weekend (9-11 June). A cyclist, motorcyclist, pedestrian and two drivers were killed with three deaths occurring within two hours of one another on Monday.
