There were a total of 61 players nominated for the MPNFL Peninsula Division Team of the Year, to be announced at presentation night on Wednesday, September 7 at Mornington Racecourse. All Peninsula Division coaches were asked to present a team, based on the games and video footage that they had seen in season 2016.
