Porsche pinched


THE theft of a Porsche, which was later found burnt out, is being investigated by Kingston crime investigation unit detectives.

Police believe that an unknown offender broke into an Elliot Street, Parkdale, home between 1.30pm and 4pm on 1 August.

The offenders found car keys inside the house and stole a grey Porsche car, electrical goods, and a mobile phone. Detectives believe the car was seen driving through Glen Waverley on 11 August, and was found burnt out in Hampton Park later that day.

An image (below) of the stolen vehicle and a man who can assist police with their inquiries has been released.
