Missing teenager Hailey Dell-Clooney has been located safe and well this evening.

Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Frankston teen Hailey Dell-Clooney.

Hailey has been missing since Monday and police have concerns for her due to a medical condition and her age.

Investigators have released an image of Hailey in the hope that someone may recognise her.

Hailey is of Caucasian appearance, medium build, fair complexion with shoulder length brown hair.

Anyone who sees Hailey is urged to contact Frankston Police on 9784 5555.
