Flynn was last seen in the Carrum Downs area on 18 October.
Police and Flynn’s family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing
Police have released an image of Flynn in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Flynn is described as 170cm tall with a slim to medium build, fair complexion and short light brown hair.
He is also known to frequent Frankston, Dandenong and the surrounding areas.
Anyone with information on his current whereabouts is urged to call the Hastings Police Station on 5970 7800.
