TUESDAY’S hot weather made it ideal for a splash at Melbourne Cable Park’s new Aqua Fun Park with its tracks, hamster wheels, giant slide and an aqua-trampoline.

Thrill seekers Leo, Jack, Jai, Jack and Kynan enjoyed the action at the facility next to the National Watersports Centre, Bangholme.

Open since last Monday, the outdoor recreation facility will have two full-size cable lakes for participants to wakeboard and kneeboard. Those riding wake boards can grab onto handles for a thrilling ride around the lake.

Later in the year, a high ropes aerial adventure playground, with 90 different graded challenge courses, will become part of the facility.

The Aqua Fun Park is open every day. Book at melbournecablepark.com/booknow online.
