Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses following three burglaries on a Frankston hairdressing salon in one night.

The incidents happened at the Kareela Road hair salon on Monday 27 February between the hours of 2.40 – 7.30am.

Investigators believe the first burglary took place at 2.40am when two men broke a large front window to gain access into the salon.

Once inside the premises the men removed a computer and a television, leaving through the smashed window.

About three hours later a second burglary took place, when a man stepped through the damaged window and had a walk around the salon.

Security footage shows this man stealing a cash tin before walking back through the window.

Last but not least, between 6-7.30am, a third man walked into the salon.

With no television, computer or cash left, the man helped himself to a number of hair products that were on a display shelf.

He also stepped back through the window and made his getaway.

Police have released CCTV footage and images of the burglars in the hope that someone may recognise them.

Investigators do not believe any of the men are known to each other and are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
