Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Isabella Hancock.
The 25-year-old was last seen in the Frankston Botanical Gardens about 5pm on 24 March.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
She is described as 165cm tall, long blonde hair and was wearing denim shorts and a white t-shirt.
Police have released an image of Isabella in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Isabella or who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
