A CREDIT card from a stolen purse was used to buy items in Aspendale in March.
Police Media’s Creina O’Grady said a woman noticed her purse was missing after getting off a train at Aspendale on Monday 27 March.
Then, between 5.30-7pm, the credit card was used to buy cigarettes, food, alcohol and lottery tickets at seven businesses in and around the Aspendale area.
Police have released CCTV footage and images of a woman they believe can assist with their inquiries.
