AN Uber driver was allegedly punched in the face by one of a group whom he had ordered out of his cab at Patterson Lakes, 12.45am, Saturday 27 January.
The driver had picked up two men and two women in Kurrawa Cr to drive to Oberon Drive, Carrum Downs. The passengers were argumentative and the driver ordered them out on the corner of Thompson Rd and Gladesville Boulevard.
The passengers cleared their gear from the boot but may have taken some of the driver’s personal property. When he got out to ask for it back he alleges he was punched in the face by one of the men, causing bruising. There are no descriptions of the men.
