Police are seeking to identify a man after a theft in Frankston on Wednesday, 2 May 2018.

At about 10.30am, a man at a Nepean Highway liquor store allegedly took a four pack of alcohol and left the store without paying.

Police have released a CCTV image, above, of a man.

The man is Caucasian in appearance and about 40 years old with a skinny build and distinctive tattoos on his neck.

He was wearing a white Fila t-shirt, denim shorts, white shoes and a black baseball cap.
