A VEHICLE stolen from Jeff Wignall Ford in Hastings on 9 October was used to ram raid multiple petrol stations.

The first took place at 5am on Saturday, 13 October. The maroon Ford Everest was used to ram a United Petrol in Langwarrin. They occupants of the vehicle attempted to steal cigarettes from the station, but were unsuccessful.

The car was then taken to a BP in Carrum Downs at 5.20am, and was driven through the front of the station. Cigarettes were stolen from the behind the counter.

The car was later found burnt out at Bruce Park in Frankston.
