A WOMAN has allegedly tested positive for drugs and blown over the legal blood alcohol limit while driving in Mordialloc.
Police pulled the driver over at around 1.30am, 17 April. The unlicensed driver allegedly returned a breath test reading of .121, and tested positive for cannabis and MDMA.
The driver and her passenger were given penalty notices for violating COVID-19 guidelines. The driver will be summonsed to court for nine offences.
