LIBRARIES have slowly begun to reopen, starting from 9 June.

Chelsea, Clarinda, and Westall libraries have opened their doors for adjusted hours after closing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dingley Village, Highett, Moorabbin, and Patterson Lakes libraries remain shut for the time being. Parkdale and Cheltenham libraries are open for click and collect services only.

Frankston libraries have also begun offering click and collect services again.
