A DRUNK driver has been clocked driving at 142 kmph in Patterson Lakes, 28 November.
At around 2am, the 21-year-old Glen Waverley man was caught speeding on the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. He returned an evidentiary breath test reading of .145.
The man’s licence was suspended and he received two penalty notices.
Police have dedicated more resources to road policing as part of Operation Compass, which ran until 11.59pm on Sunday 29 November.
Earlier in the morning at 1am, police caught a 25-year-old man at an alleged speed of 132 kmph in an 80 kmph zone on Westall Street, Clayton South.
