A 13-YEAR-old girl has been charged over an aggravated burglary in Aspendale.
Police allege that a home invasion took place in Brighton on 28 May, followed by an aggravated burglary in Aspendale on 12 June and an aggravated burglary and home invasion in Lyndhurst, 12 and 13 June.
Police soon arrested a 13-year-old girl in relation to the alleged offences. Southern Metro Crime Team detectives have charged her with home invasion, aggravated burglary, theft of motor vehicle and numerous other driving charges.
The girl has been taken before a Children’s Court.
