A MAN has been charged with the murder of a man in Baxter more than four years ago.
On 16 September 2017, a man was allegedly shot to death at his home in Baxter. The 64-year-old victim lived on Station Crescent.
Last week on 4 March, police arrested a 49-year-old Baxter man and charged him with murder. He was scheduled to face the Frankston Magistrates Court the same day.
Police say that the alleged killer and the victim were known to each other.
